We invite you to participate in this survey.
The purpose of the survey is to find out from a wide variety of churches in the UK and elsewhere (Europe, Asia, Australasia etc.) impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on worship services.
The survey asks general information about what churches did for their worship services at the first stage of lockdown, and their plan on resuming “normal” worship services in later part of 2021.
Your data will be held only for the purpose of this study on worship in cyber church. Providing contact information is optional: it is used for further communication with you about this study. Your individual identity will not be used beyond this study except when you have provided consent.
Aggregated data may be used in discussion and publication - purely as an example: "Most churches contact their members by email for regular news and notice for Sunday service, but those who use the phone for this purpose tend to get more volunteers to lead various parts of the service." (not disclosing specific church names or names of individual.)
If, having provided your contact information, you later change your mind and want to remove it, please contact us so that can be done.
